Valentine's go-to matcha latte ratio
Ingredients:
- 4 g Valentine’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha
- 35 g warm water (about 175°F / 80°C)
- 100 g milk of choice
- 15 g sweetener (honey, maple syrup, simple syrup, etc.)
Method:
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps.
2. Add the warm water. Whisk in a circular motion at first to dissolve the matcha.
3. Switch to a brisk M-shaped motion for about 30–40 seconds until the matcha becomes smooth and lightly foamy.
4. Bring the whisk closer to the surface and whisk gently for 10–15 seconds to break any large bubbles.
5. In a glass, combine the milk and sweetener. Add ice.
6. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk and stir if desired
