Valentine’s Matcha was founded by Valentina Mussi, a pastry chef, cookbook author, and matcha lover, better known as @sweetportfolio. And Pablo Rodriguez Garcia, a biomedical engineer and triathlete.

We started Valentine’s Matcha with a question:

After years of cooking, testing, and traveling we realized the gap wasn’t just about quality. It was about clarity.
