Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
